Get a code
We hand out invitation codes personally. If you do not have one, ask the person who invited you, or join the waiting list below.

Confirm confidentiality
The alpha is unfinished and confidential: no sharing, no videos or screenshots without agreement.

Download and test
Your personal link appears right away. It is valid for seven days and always delivers the latest version.

Report bugs
From test version 10d you send feedback straight from the game, and you only enter your player name for that. On the website you report bugs with your tester code.
You need a Windows PC and a few hundred MB of space. The test version is unfinished and may contain bugs.

As proof we store the code, the time, the confirmed version and your IP address (see the privacy policy). You do not need an email address.

The link is yours alone and is valid for seven days. It always delivers the latest version.
Your tester code for bug reports
Write it down now, it will not be shown again. It only works for the form on the German page Fehler melden. In the game (from 10d) you do not need it.
How to start
- Download the ZIP file and unpack it with a right click → Extract all.
- In the unpacked folder, double-click the game's start file.
- If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info and then Run anyway. The game is not yet known to Microsoft.
- From test version 10d you only enter your player name in the game. The download link and the tester code do not go into the game.
No code?
Sign up, we will invite you
No invitation code? Leave your email address. As soon as a spot in the playtest is free, we will send you your code by email.
We only store what you enter here and send no newsletter. Everything is deleted after 12 months at the latest, immediately on request. Questions or deletion requests: info@bannerwrath.com.
Later
Playtest via Steam
When Bannerwrath comes out on Steam, you will be able to request playtest access there, without a code. The date has not been set. Until then the waiting list is the way into the game.
